Basic Information For Admission

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

a. 1 photocopy of child's birth certificate.
b. 3 passport size photograph.
c. 1 photocopy of father's NIC.
d. 1 photocopy of mother's NIC.
e. Previous school's report card.
f.  Previous school's leaving certificate.
g. Recent health medical certificate.

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. All belongings of the student should be clearly marked. Every student is expected to take care her/his own belonging.
2. Parents or Guardians must not allow their children/wards to bring any valuable articles such as jewellery, expensive watches, cameras, etc to the school.
3. No leave is granted durinbg the term except under very urgent circumstances.
4. Unauthorised absence from the school shall be considered as a serious misconduct.
5. Minor ailments will treated in the school infirmary. In case of a serious ailment needing hospitalization, parents will be informed.
6. Parents/Guardians must inform the school if the children / wards have contracted an infectious disease during the holidays and if they received any prophylactic or proactive treatments.
7. Periodic reports of the students' progress will be sent to the parents.
8. The school does not accept any responsibility legal or otherwise, for accidents, it will however, take all necessary steps to prevent such happenings.
9. In all matters pertaining to studies , behavior and, welfare of the students , the principal's decision is final and binding.
10. The admission is granted purely on academic grounds irrespective of caste , creed and community.
11. Every candidate must be registered with the school before taking the admission test.
12. The registration fee is Rs. 100/- (nonrefundable). Registration does not guarantee admission. On being offered vacancy the parents/guardian is required to bring their child/ward to school for interview cum-written test on the basis of which admission is made.
13. At the time of admission, the student must produce a Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.
14. In exceptional cases, depending on the merit of the child, a mid-term admission may be effected in case there is a casual vacancy in a particular case.
15. The refundable security deposit may be utilized by the school for insufficient notice of withdrawal, unpaid tution fee or other charges, and damage to school property caused by the child.
16. If parents wished to withdraw their child from the school, one month's notice in writing must be given to the school. A refundable security deposit will be given to the parents/guardians after a month notice.
